shutdown polling container outside of grid

Hi Team, Can you suggest on how can we shutdown a polling container from outside of deployed grid ?? UseCase : We are managing a gigaspace cloud which has 1 big space and multiple consumers each user can deploy their application and we dont have any control on the polling container implementation, one way is to mandate exception handler but still will never be 100% how they will implement it ? Now due to buggy implementation or some reasons if a polling container throws exception it retries event and keeps throwing exceptions consuming resources and logs. Can we create some kind of code using which we can target specific polling container and shut it down from outside of grid ?
